I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco. I work with children ages 5 to 15 and their families to help make sense of the challenges that come with growing up.
In addition to my private practice, I also work as a school counselor. Being in a school every day gives me a close view of what kids are navigating. Friendships, social dynamics, academic pressure, and big emotions all shape how children see themselves and their place in the world. I see how deeply these experiences can affect a child’s confidence, sense of belonging, and relationship with learning. Having a supportive space outside of school where kids can slow down, feel understood, and build tools for handling these challenges can make a meaningful difference.
My approach is playful, curious, and collaborative. Through conversation, play, and skill building, I integrate evidence based strategies that help children understand their feelings, strengthen coping skills, and grow in confidence as they navigate their world.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every child’s story is still unfolding. My role is to help them make sense of their experiences and develop the clarity, resilience, and self trust to move forward with confidence.
